Victoire walked outside and headed to the towering tree. She already knew who was sitting in its branches. It was hard to miss Teddy's bright blue hair. He might be a metamorphagus, but sometimes he forgets. And its usually at the times he needs his powers the most.
'Hey Teddy!' Victoire called. 'What are doing up in the tree?' Teddy looked startled and fell off of the branch he was perched on. Victoire held back a laugh. She loved to scare people. It was fun to see their reactions.
'A little warning might be nice next time Victoire,' Teddy advised as he propped himself up on his elbows. She laughed as she took a seat next to him on the ground. Teddy always found a way to make her smile and laugh. The oddest part that it was always without fail. She never resisted his charm and jokes. In fact, she found it impossible to do. He had that effect on her. And every time she saw him, her heart started a little. It was so strange. It was almost as if...she liked him.
